Castles & Crusades: The Harbinger Variant is designed to allow you to run demos of C&C for your friends, in your local stores, or at you local convention. It contains all you will need to quickly start and run a game of C&C; also includes ordering information, demo tips, contact cards for all the players and more.

We know how tough it can be to sell new players on Castles & Crusades and we know that you have tried again and again. Many people are interested but just unwilling to commit until they can see more. We have designed the Harbinger Variant to do just that! Within you’ll find a Players Handbook that covers six of the 13 classes, with all the information need to run them to 6th level; also, two short adventures are included, along with monsters, pre-generated characters and sample character sheets! Everything you will need to get started.

Whether you own a store and want to bring in more C&C players or have you own group you want to convert; of if you’ve always been interested in C&C but want to run a few short sessions to see if it fits your style, the Harbinger Variant is designed for you.
