2009 Trade Paperbacks. What printing/version?

The PHB SKU is TLG 80104D. It's approx. 6 x 9" with the green cover. I think it's based on 4th printing, but what do I know? :)

So if I placed an order yesterday for FoB from the TLG store, when should I (roughly) expect it to ship? Is that a "preorder" or what?

Tainted Lands Q

Is TL for use with Castles & Crusades or is it a new SIEGE game? It looks like it's the former, but some of what I read before makes me unsure.

Aww!
When I saw the subject line, I thought "tonematrix" was like an aerobics instructor in leathers and there would be an image of 16 of them. Preferably having a pillow fight or some such.

Oh well.

Scrying modifiers (possible errata)

Since we can no longer add to errata threads b/c they are in Keeper Advice :

p. 91 PHB3rdP

All the modifiers are listed as a "+" regardless of whether they make scrying easier or harder. This is -IMO- goofed.
