The Monsters know what they are doing

Has anyone picked the book up and applied it to C&C?
I've looked at the blog. Some of the information seems system neutral, but a lot seems very specific to 5E.

Ranking of classes

The more I reread the PH, the more I see some classes are designed better than others.
How would you rank the classes as of the 6th printing?

Re: What have you added to your C&C?

I keep a document with all house rules and print out a copy for each player:
* Additional skills similar to 3E or Pathfinder, but nothing that infringes on another Class' abilities.
* Spell points for casters
* No spell components
* Custom critical and fumble rules.
* Luck points

I took the old fashioned route. I snail mailed my congressman and senators. I figure a physical letter is not as easily ignored as an e-mail.

Re: An unpleasant discovery by a group of low levels

I also gave my players an discovery that took them back. When they teleported into a isolated keep as part of a quest, they discovered a group of orphans hiding from a bunch of centaurs that wanted them for an appetizer. Now, the party has to figure out what to do with the orphans while the complete...

Re: WOTC announcement today?

The writer of the article in Escapist, Greg Tito, mentions: Previous editions of the game had play testing periods, but Wizards restricted access to freelancers or those connected to the company and those tests were ineffectual at best. I was in a play testing group for 4th edition back in 2007, and...

Re: Star Wars prequels. Was it really all that bad?

Back in the late 80s, in a Star Wars USENET, I stumbled across GL's 'leaked' treatment of the prequels. It mentioned Obi Wan fighting Anakin fighting on a lava planet. George did have an idea where he wanted to go, even back then. From mostrojoe ---- The Looney Toons style battle between Jar Jar and...

What spells can counter Domination by a vampire?
Will another Charm person counter it? How about Remove Curse?

Thank you

Fantastic!

*New and Improved* wand of wonder

I gave one of my players a custom wand of wonder that he absolutely loved and the other players cringed every time he used it. Some of the effects of the first custom wand were: A ton of camel dung falls on the target Goats appear out of nowhere and trample the target Target's armor turns to lead 10...

People don't think. They allow others including TV and politicians to do their thinking for them. Maybe it's watching to much TV...

If you go over to C&C, it takes 5 minutes to level a character vs an hour or more in other systems. *cough* RoleMaster *cough*.

I would like the ability to export and import. I know that is a tall order.

Also, if you want to start a flame war over Android vs iOS, take it else where.

Overall, it is a great concept executed very well.

I bought it because it looked fun and I have a feeling that my players (all adults) will have fun playing.

Thanks for great job.
