Re: Deadlands:Reloaded What books are needed?
here's my 2 cents. You could run a deadlands game with aa but i have run one with the go for yer guns game. its a wild west game using the siege engine and adding magic and CNC monsters is simple. Now having said that, i prefer savage worlds and and am currently running a deadlands game. To play yo...

Re: Wizards Staff...Need help
My two cents. Whatever you decide, try your best to say yes to the players. it makes your job easier when they buy in to that its their game and we are playing with them. If they want wands, then give them what Tree said or something like it. maybe a cure light wand and a magic missile wand with 20 ...

Re: StarSiege Relaunch
I find it ironic that people complain about starsiege because its a toolbox for telling their own stories and not enough cannon or designed setting for their liking. But this same complaint is the same thing that people love about OD&D, S&W and to some extent C&C. its like here are the t...

Re: StarSiege Relaunch
Hypothetical question: How upset would people be if the Fashioning/Trapping System got a major overhaul. Like, so much so that all previous build-outs would be pretty much null and void? Just trying to get an idea on how attached people are to it. I've been thinking of streamlining the system, but ...

The new Midgard campaign books that are coming out have buth pathfinder and age stats. As far as game play goes. i've ran a few sessions and i really like it. it feels very old school and easy to pick up. there is a free quickstart if anyone is interested. http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/92882...

Re: How many game sessions have you run?
i went conservative with ave of 8 a week. i know there are some marathon gaming and cons so i just averaged 8 a week. thats just playing. we gms spend at least that reading, preparing, creating so if you add that in, i may be obsessed. but its a good thing.

Re: How many game sessions have you run?
Yeah the more i think about this the older i feel. so lets see i started when i was 11, now im 41. lets estimate 8 hours a week thats 8x52x30=12480 hrs Another observation ive seen is the people here are dm's, ck's, gm's or whatever you want to be called. i rarely see a player only person around here.

thread highjacking here. i ike the delving deeper set but i found an issue. while an optional class i do not like their version of the thief. more specific the thiefs skills static and do not improve over thevels of exp. other than thats is a good clone of the three lbbs.
