TLG Webstore Webmaster Please Respond - Part 2

Post by dunbruha »

Hi,
I have a problem with an order (the wrong book was sent). I sent an email in the "Contact us" section of the TLG store--no response. I tried to call, but the phone answering service won't accept any more messages. So I am trying here. Please contact me--PM is fine.

Dunbruha,

Hey man. I've been checking the [email protected] folder this week as Todd is caught up in some massive billing problem he's unraveling. Where did you send the email? Regardless fire it over to that email.

My PM on these boards is messed up, so I can't PM you.

Thanks,
Steve

If all else fails, delete your existing account (First) then submit a new account exactly the same as the old account.

Don't have your avatar picture anymore? Right click on your avatar (Before deleting your account) and select, "Save image as" and save it to somewhere on your computer. (For short term pictures I just save them to the desk top.)

Breakdaddy is supposed to have a look at this today. Probably tell me I'm doing something wrong hahaah. But if he doesn't figure out my goof up, I'll do just that!

Thanks

Do you have more then 50 PM's in your Inbox? I think the default settings is to allow up to 50 then hold the new ones until there is space...... This can be adjusted, or changed to delete the oldest first,

Well, it wasn't an email. I filled in the form on the "Contact Us" page of the web store.

I will send an email to the orders address.
