If you happen to see 'moriarty777' on other boards, chances are it's me. I've used the 'Moriarty' handle in one variation or another for about 15 years now, starting on various BBS's

However, I'm not on many boards and I only bothered with select BBS's back in he day.

Meh. I signed up here originally with the name I use elsewhere [these days, that elsewhere is pretty much only ENWorld]. An admin kindly changed it for me, and not all that long ago.

I'm Coleston everywhere I go but Dragonsfoot where I am jda1053. But nobody is looking for me across the boards.

Meh. Meh.

My other board name is Greylock. I started using the name roughly, oh, sometime in the dark ages of the internets on the Gamespy forums. It was the only name I used on the net, besides my real name, until I joined up with the ne'er-do-wells of Nothingland years ago. Since then, I've pretty much retired Greylock, except at ENWorld and a couple of places I rarely visit. The Gamespy forums recently rebooted, and I lost the name there even though I'm a GSI moderator. So, ENWorld and my Gmail account, that's where you can still find me as G.

gideon_thorne is the only id I use on any board, with the sole exception of rpgnet where its ravenchilde. I don't exactly remember why I decided to be different there. But at least I'm happy to be open and above board about it.
I should note that I've been stalked by many a sock puppet account across many boards. Some folks may have something to hide, but not me.

I'm Dristram now on every board. It's the name of my first 3e character. I got the name from the Arthurian knight Tristram. I have a sub-name of Strongheart which I used to use before 3e and used to post as a neutral poster on the WotC boards many years ago.

Beyondthebreach here and all other forums. Web domain registered, yahoo mail, gmail, ebay ID, etc.

So far, I've never encountered anyone who has this ID already when I've gone to register . . . so I've tried to lock it up wherever I can.

That's the problem with using "Stuie" - I find it already in use a lot of places. So then I start appending numbers, usually "66" for the year of my birth.

I'm JediOre on all the boards.

My last name is fairly rare, so I don't have a lot of Ore's who are big Star Wars fans.

Julian Grimm everywhere. I used to go by The Psychotic Seaotter or Syko and on the WOTC boards I was Plunderer of the Planes but I dropped all those in favor of the new handle.

I am Alwyn on most boards, with the exception of Mongoose where I am Bjorn the Barbarian. Alwyn was a favorite 1st Ed AD&D character of mine and the Welsh spelling of my middle name.

I'm jaybird216 almost everywhere (not that "everywhere" is too many places - here, DF, Conceptart.org, Pied Piper, skype, myspace, yahoo & gmail). For some reason, I'm Vitamin Jay over at rpg.net.

A lot of people ask if 2/16 is my birthday, but it isn't. The story is that when I was but a wee lil jayfledgling, I had a job as a service valet (lot monkey) at a Chevy Dealership in Milwaukee. The knob of a sales manager was Iranian, had a really heavy accent, and spoke too closely to the phone so that whenever he paged someone over the PA, all you could understand was his extension... 216. *&^&^%^&**%^%$^&%&^*%^%$($^%%$# 216!*

Somehow, it made it's way to my web identity.

Always Jyrdan Fairblade in gaming boards. For a while, I mused switching over to Jord the Rogue, but figured the joke would eventually wear thin.

In other places on the internet, I'll most likely be found as Jordan Decay or jdecay.

I used to use a whole lot of names:

Baal's s*rot*m, Jesus Drill, Vladracul (way back in the BBS days), xerser, and some others (mostly sock puppet accounts to annoy other people,) but I got bored with it. Some of the places these were used no longer exist. And, I've found my "webnames" being used in other places, which I've never been to, but oh well.

Chunk, Nicodemus, PGCAdmin, GLarter are a few of the aliases I use.

Always Traveller, with a couple exceptions where Traveller was already taken. Then I am Strephon Alkhalikoi. Even on the non-role playing forums I go by these names.

I'm such a geek
