Hope you enjoy it!

(Some of the things I say might be a bit controversial with some, but please keep in mind that I say it with the best intentions.)

Well done! I am sure some won't like how long it is, but you really came across as knowing the game. You gave lots of examples of how so much of it works. Even with your criticisms, giving comparisons of how the Flame Princess was better presented, why the Manuals weren't as good a choice as more pre made gear, etc... lack of inspirational art, how flimsy the box set is, etc...

I really like this.

Edit: If the relaunch does occur I also hope it is a book, with lots of artwork. Artwork does inspire, and just like in fantasy, sci fi does need artistic inspiration. On the plus side, even if the new version goes back to being class based, at least we already have the skill based rules, so will be able to use it whichever way we like better.

Thanks! It IS a bit long, which wasn't my intention, but I felt like I couldn't do the subject matter justice if I did not go over everything I did.

To clarify, it's not that I would mind a 'Castles & Crusades in Space' game, in fact I'm looking forward to 'Machinations of the Space Princess', which is class-based. The thing is, I don't think the awesome Trappings system (I kept forgetting it was called that during the review) can be applied as well to a class-based game, at least not for player powers and abilities. It would still be excellent to create technology and whatnot, but its strength would be diminished.

Anyway, no choice but to wait and see.
