So, yeah the New issue of Crusader where my copy?

The newest Crusader has been out for awhile now, and I have yet to receive my copy. Now, it could be held up in customs (Really I have no idea why, other than customs can be dicks.) I was just wondering if it was sent out or there was an over-sight and it just wasn't sent.
