It has yet to ever come out on schedule. Last I read it was just about to be laid out for printing. Which was about two weeks ago. SO hopefully its been sent to the printer at this point.

Generally they come out every two to three months.

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

I'm hoping to see it soon (and that my subscription will start with this issue). I really miss hard print gaming magazines.

Best,

I can't wait either... I'm lined up for a 6-issue subscription myself thanks to the summer blow-out sale!

Wierd Tales is being revived. It's not gaming but it has neat fiction.

This will be the second incarnation since I've heard of the magazine, not counting the infamous first run which premiered the Conan stories and Cthulhu mythos.

Nice.....WT is about as close to gaming without actually being gaming as you can get.

I meant to make an order today, and it completely slipped my mind.

Could someone go to the trouble of reminding me to do it next Tuesday? THANKS!

Is it true that those of us with a 6 issue subscription ending with #7 will get #8 as a reward for the patience we showed with the semi-irregular schedule?

I would assume so, this is where that announcement was first posted:

Check out the Upcoming Products Sub Forum, Crusader #8 should have just shipped today, if on schedule.

Still don't have an issue....

#8 came out recently. Has anyone else who's subscribed not gotten it yet? I subscribed back in Nov. I'm now ransacking thru email for the confirmation. I know I saw it on a credit card statement....

I got Number 8, and it was a pleasant surprise. I had forgotten all about the subscription that went along with the summer blowout sale.

I got it too, you may want to PM Gideon Thorne and ask him to ask the Trolls about it.

Give him your mailing address, etc... for them to check it out.

Has any Canadian subscribers gotten it yet? I also qualified for the subscription during the summer blowout sale and have eagerly been anticipating this issue (the first of the subscription).

I haven't received a copy yet either, having qualified for the same reasons as Moriarty. I got a mail from Steve a while back confirming that it would be sent out when ready, so I am just waiting on it now. It has only been a couple of weeks, so I am not surprised it hasn't arrived yet and not particularly worried.

Still nothing. I'm beginning to think that there's a problem with my subscription. Anyone else still waiting? I PMed and YIMed Gideon. I'll give him a couple of days to work on it before bugging him again.

Best,

Adaen

Adaen, you in the US?

If not, if your Canada like Moriarty you just may need to wait another week. If your overseas then it can also be another week, or two.

If your in the US, then you should have gotten it by now and hopefully Gideon will give Steve a kick.

That's the plan. Apart from waiting for some some filler art and a couple of 1/2 page ads, I'm virtually done with the layout of issue 9 and just sent Jim and Steve a copy of the cover layout to look over earlier this afternoon. So prepare for even more Crusader goodness coming soon!

Still no issue for this Canuck. I believe it's been officially 4 weeks now.

Any other Canadians waiting on it?

How about you Matthew... are you still waiting for it overseas?
