He located in the craftsmans workshop area of the courtyard.

I believe that would be Tukrush, the goblin deity of War and Mayhem. The Shrine and boulder would be found in area A-5 of the Pagoda Gatehouse.

Yib-Gub is a goblin carpenter. He cowers and soils himself if threatened.

Or maybe it just the dwarven whisky he drinks. I recommend hiring a different carpenter, he doesn't seem to very skilled or reliable.
