I believe this is a view of the lost cave with the well leading to the Black Reservoir in the foreground and the caveroom in the background that contains the gateway to the Red Planet.

Ok I finally found this one. It took a while but...I believe it can be found in Area CC-4 (the stairs to the ruined furnaces) of the Castle Cellars.

Hmm actually I'll give that honor to another. Since my most recent CZ group TPKed themselves I haven't read it as much. Thats what camping in the base of an unexplored tower and then sending half the group out looking for a cleric while the rest sleeps will get you I suppose.
