In the pitch black night is where I like it best.

Having some storm related issues, might be about ten minutes late

I had fun tonight! Starting to get a feel for how the group plays etc. Starting to find my footing as my character and seeing how she will turn out. First time trying to be "good," that is kind of a challenge to remember that torture isn't a go to option

Torture, killing humans, threatening, refusing to share water in the desert? You all are more scary than the bad guys!

So far, but it looks like Nate has cancelled his game. So I ask all of you, do you want to go every week or keep it alternate?

Was that the 5e game? Anyway, I dunno which way to go on this. I have started playing Labyrinth Lord with my nephews. Their initial enthusiasm for the game has exceeded my expectations. Not to mention that of my brother-in-law, lol. So, despite being in one less game, I am actually gaming more now than I was when I was playing in two. So, my first inclination is to say "keep it at every other week". But, that's pretty selfish of me. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few...

I wish to keep it every other . . so that we can use the off week for off sessions or such. Perhaps we can all rotate on the off night . . Gringnr had a game in mind, I might like to try some one time Scandia sessions, and Aergraith, I would love to continue some Thunderift games.Aergraith wrote:So far, but it looks like Nate has cancelled his game. We talked about doing 5e someday but we were still on our original C&C campaign that started at 1st level.Gringnr wrote:Aergraith wrote:So far, but it looks like Nate has cancelled his game. So I ask all of you, do you want to go every week or keep it alternate?

Playing LL with nephews sounds awesome. Doesn't bother me if we do alternate weeks.

I would love to play every week, but every other is fine. Anyone need a player for the off weeks? Looks like I am free and I am sure someone will want to fill that slot

I prefer playing every week to keep the continuity but wouldn't dream of interfering with the nephew game.

Oh, it totally is.Aergraith wrote:

We are usually gaming during the week right now. That may change come back-to-school time. It isn't so much about the day of the week for me, as it is the total amount of time I have to spend gaming.Penny-Whistle wrote:I prefer playing every week to keep the continuity but wouldn't dream of interfering with the nephew game.
Basically, I expected the nephews game to be once every week or two, but so far it is turning into a few times a week.

Game on. With the poor sage in tow, the party plans to haul him to Eym Obenst and make him point out his contact.

Re: Aergraith's Sunday C&C: "Heroes and Scoundrels of Xylh"
Sort of pregame prep...
What Ayn has in mind is seeing how he prepares for the trip, and see if he tries to escape again. She doesn't truly plan on forcing him to go the entire way unless the party thinks that's a good idea. Rather, she wants to see what kind of trap, if any, awaits them. The blade to his throat, the threats, are posturing in order to frighten him, hoping to reveal any more secrets he may be keeping.
He had set us up once already, he might be doing it again.
And by no means will she want to take a route he suggests.

I am unsure if attendance tonight. Wife and I are traveling a few hours to be within totality for the eclipse Monday, staying in the Smokey mountains for the night. So I might be able to play,I might not.
Re: Aergraith's Sunday C&C: "Heroes and Scoundrels of Xylh"
I'll be in Indiana today - hope to get back for the game. Resort traffic from Michigan heading to Chicago can be heavy, so there is a chance I might not make it.

Just stopped for lunch, went into the trunk, and saw the lack of laptop bag. So. Even if we have internet I guess I'm not playing
