Haunted Highlands Help!!

Hey Guys,

I'm running short of time for our Haunted Highlands session and guess what...I'm not prepared (big surprise with the holidays in there).

Looking for a little help here to throw something together. I have a party of 1st and 2nd Level Characters and they are currently in Dro Mandras. I'm looking for a short (1 or 2 sessions) adventure I can run within the city.

I'm running short of time and looking for some ideas.

So much pressure... GAH! I don't know.

So, the characters are at the inn... 2 burly men in cloaks bust in... each man carries a large heavy sack...
-Children have gone missing - People have recently gone missing - prostitutes - Some baker is turning the missing people into meat pies!
-A guild of mimics!
-The skulls of Woe!
-A Bardish assassin!
-The Innkeeper's Guildhall has been sacked - missing is a lorebook of innkeepers! The book is "hiding" in the basement of an old tower in town. The tower used to be the home of an ancient elven sorcerous!
-Barbarians AT THE GATE! They want help in with a seige of the occupied part of Dro Mandras! The PCs could be sappers.

As for published adventures, within a city... ???

Bust out a copy of CITYSCAPE, the v3.5 book all about city junk.

lots of one-offs that are good for 1-2 sessions. There's one in sewers that can fit in any city with a tad of tweaking if needed.

Following Omote's leads, maybe there's rumors about a hidden treasure or cult or what not... those never fail.
