I'm stuck in a hard place right now. Just yesterday I asked the Sentry Box if they'd give me a bulk order on most of the Amazing Engine supplements (All but one book missing). I'm one of the very few that loves the Amazing Engine and won't be able to pass-up this opportunity (As, Amazing Engine has been OOP for 20 years.)

Hopefully I can scrape up enough cash to hit the $70 zone, of course it'd be easier if The Crusader came out soon. ;)

Yep. I know it has become the favourite whipping boy over at the big purple machine (Though there are plenty of other games that deserve much more attention.) I admit it has some problems, but a few house rules and a fun group trumps anything that was negatively said.

It was the longest campaign I'd ever run and everyone had a blast.

Plus being able to play in such diverse worlds was a big plus. They were very unique, standing on their own.

I think Craig Brain is working on a work-alike of Amazing Engine so people can play Metamorphosis Alpha 2nd Edition.

Thank you! I feel somewhat extra-stupid, having forgotten RPGnet. It's been years, i think.

Peter is working on the Heraldry for the Codex, I'm trying to coax him into do the presentation something like the old Greyhawk heraldry.

He did this for the Castles and Crusades Society Heraldry last year.

Cool. Though I see nothing wrong with; Metamorphosis Alpha to Omega it is still nice to see others liked The Amazing Engine as much as I do.

Was thinking last night of doing a Zombie version for Amazing Engine. Though I won't do it till I've put a group through a couple of campaigns. (Can't go wrong with starting a campaign using the; Bughunters universe.)

When does the pre-orders end? I'm a little strapped for cash right now and have decisions I need to make if I want to take advantage of the pre-order.

I'm going to hold this pre-order open for awhile. Its a large project and I want people to be able to hop on at their leisure. Probably as I draw closer to the final script we'll shift gears and remove the pre-order package deals and set up a simple pre-order.

Thanks!

Steve, can I get a clarification on the maps? Are the eight maps, that start with the $50 pre-order, the ones already in print (that I bought from you at GenCon last year) or are these new maps? Thanks.

Sorry to get back so slow on this. Classic Monsters has been kicking us all in the teeth. But it is finished...again! haha

The maps are the same, however, these are mounted on caseboard (chip board) the same material that the screens are mounted on.

We just put Classic Monsters to bed so I'll open this up today or tomorrow.

As I wrap up the writing on Rune Lore, we'll speed up the work on Codex. It will follow hard on the heels of Rune Lore! I'm hoping to have all files complete by the end of May. Its moving much faster than I thought.

This is still up for pre-order.

Thank you!

Any new news on this and it's status? Also, for us who get to name stuff, when are we doing that?

This guy is my post Gencon project. Its been slowed due to the myriad number of other projects that needed our love. But despite this I've made huge strides on Aufstrag. I am adding far more Aufstrag content than I had originally intended.

September/Oct is my tentative release date.

I thought you meant that question in a metaphysical sense!

If you have them ready, go ahead and send them to [email protected]. But I'll do an official call out either just before or just after Gencon. That depends on the status of Rune Lore and how much the editor hacks it to pieces. So I may not respond to any emails sent for a week or more.

Thanks!

The store for this still reads, "This product will be in stock on Friday 31 August, 2012." Above you stated September/October. How are we looking on that release, realistically. I can get by on the old Aihrde stuff, just antsy for the new. :)

Are the preorders closed ?
Because they can still be accessed by the link send in recent e-mails (http://www.trolllord.com/cnc/preorders.html) ?

I'll totally have to jump on board with this as soon as I get some funds to do so. I haven't even been able to read about Aihrde yet, still waiting on my huge order from a week ago but I'm sure I'll be on board as soon as I can.
