For those who have yet to get and read this, it is a town with a very unique flavor, with interesting factions/groups to use, and a history that can inspire any CK to come up with even more material for Bluffside. Also, don't let the Adamantium intimidate you.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Steve/Tim/or (?) -

I think I remember this question somewhere else, but I'll ask here. If this has been addressed, please refer me another direction, please...

What of those who picked this up at GenCon? Are there no provisions for them? Will there be an update for those people or will those folks have to buy the product again?

I will make sure you all get a PDF, just message me and when I get my final PDF copy I will make sure it is available to all of those who I met (almost met) at GenCon if there are any delays in getting yours from the Trolls..

Does the preorder have a deadline? I know TLG is trying to get to $4k to print this hardback, but unlike a KS, is there a 'funding window' or somesuch?

TROLLZAH!

We made it, by the hair of our teeth, but yesterday (after a mail out to the KS mailing lists and backers) we racked up 1200 more in pledges and got over the top.

Thanks all for backing! In the next few days we'll be sending out the 25% off coupon for everyone who pre-ordered the book! Thank you!

The whole thing is rolling out to Walsworth this morning. Printing begins!

Trollzah!

Sadly I missed the window in this... More annoyingly is that there is no place to order it.

So my two issues:

1) When something like this goes up (like the Book of Familiars), it would be nice to put an 'end date' so that some people who are interested (but may not immediately have the money on hand) can try and arrange to pre-order before it gets 'yanked'. I went back to it later in October to find that it was 'done' and I don't think I could order it anymore.

2) I have searched the online store, tracked the 'older pledge page' and, no luck. The thing is not listed anywhere and thus I cannot order it. There shouldn't be a window between when I can pre-order and when I can order a copy that's in stock. If I can't 'order' it because it isn't out or available, why can't I pre-order?

If I can still pre-order, can I have some sort of link to where?

Mort,

We have not put this up on the store yet. It will go up when we get the book in.

We have refrained putting something up as a preorder, if we've offered it in the KS format (with all the benefits). We do this to make sure that those who back 1, 2 or 6 months earlier get the book before anyone else does. We ran into some problems with the PH KS.

So Bluffside is on a truck headed our way. Might be here today, probably tomorrow. We hope to roll this SOBs out on Friday. But as soon as that truck arrives here Bluffiside goes up on our site for sale and shipment.

Thanks!
Steve

Yaaaay! Look forward to holding it in my hands, hopefully by the end of next week.
