Just over the next rise.

Almost
Are we there yet?

Just over the next rise.
You said that 3 miles back.

Let's play license plate RPG bingo. How many old-school, rules-lite games can you spot as we drive by.
I see an RPG that starts with the letter "C!"

Why did it take me 10 minutes to get that... Ugh, I'm so disappointed in myself.

The CKG getting toward layout? Did I dream that, or did I just read that on Twitter?

Looks like TLG is going to put the smack-down on 2010! GenCon will be an awesome one this year fellas. Let's get our game on.

Man it better be coming out in 2010. On other forums I've been ripping and devouring people into little bloody chunks when they call the CKG vapourware. (A term I hate for rpgs, good for video games, not so much rpg's, I suggest Vapourpaper. )

Having held in my hands and paged through the mock-up of the CKG as it stood by TrollCon last year, I can assure you it's not vaporware. (Or vapourware, for those using the Queen's English instead of the vulgar form we colonials do.) Unfinished, yes, vaporware, no.

But it between the work Steve put into it last year, the work Davis just finished and the work Steve has planned (see last week's video update) I suspect this summer is a realistic goal.

Here's a hint kids!

Come to Troll Con VIII, and it's very likely you'll be on the of the first to actually be able to purchase the CKG! FOR REALS!!!!

Of course this is in no way an "official" announcement, but i'm just sayin'....

So I can use it to inflict additional mayhem in Kobold Raiders 2: Lizardman Boogaloo? SWEET!

Take your opportunity now kids! Show up to Troll Con and if the CKG is not there, you can choke out a Huds0n.

If I remember right, Steve is a fellow graduate of the Fort Benning School For People Who Jump Out Of Airplanes. (Class 13-83 here.) Let me assure you, knowing this fact gives you many clues about our level of sanity, or lack thereof.

Someone should probably inform China, then. They're almost positive it's the year of the Tiger. (Not the one that plays golf)

"Deconstructing the CKG."

I know it's sad, but I hang on to the Twitter updates as if it were my lifes blood.

Good to see it is so far along. I think GenCon will be financially rewarding for TLG this year, with all these kick ass releases coming out back to back.

The CKG is coming along at a nice pace. I tell you, setting aside the massive writing I did for Crusader last year has given me a great deal more wiggle room.

I'm going to go with YES on this statement. It's even bigger than Castle Zagyg.
