still have typos in 7th printing
still have typos in 7th printing
I've brought this up 44 times...but "Challange" is spelled "Challenge", not spelled "Challange" as it STILL is in 7th printing in 3 places including the TOC.
Maybe they think keeping typos is "funny" and part of the game's charm?

Well - they spell it both ways in the same book - pick ONE.

Re: still have typos in 7th printing
I don't see any use in having a uniform and arbitrary way of spelling words. We might as well make all clothes alike and cook all dishes alike. Sameness is tiresome; variety is pleasing.

Re: still have typos in 7th printing
The main reason I didn't back the 7th printing KS is because they said they would not be addressing errata/editing issues, that it would be identical to the 6th printing.
Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Re: still have typos in 7th printing
I thought if I did the dollar backer thing and grabbed a PDF of 7th printing as an add-on, I'd get the alternate cover.
This does not seem to be the case.

I backed it, but thought I was getting the alternate as a hard cover too. I guess not...just received an email with a link to drivethrurpg.Aergraith wrote:I thought if I did the dollar backer thing and grabbed a PDF of 7th printing as an add-on, I'd get the alternate cover.

edit: Looks like I am getting the alternate cover on both.
Re: still have typos in 7th printing
Looks like "Challange" was fixed into today's update.

Well, so much for their claim to not address any errata/typo's.

We love the game with all its issues, we can only keep trying to make it better.. really, what choice do we have?
Wow, Another Natural One! You guys are a sink hole for luck. Stay away from my dice.
Re: still have typos in 7th printing
Hopefully as the Trolls are able to tap into more 5th-edition money, they can comfortably get an editor for their manuscripts.
