Anyone for a game in Colorado Springs?
I did a search of this board for "Colorado". I see a few references to Colorado, some of my own from posting on another thread, but not many regarding a game of C & C in Colorado Springs. I'd like to find some other people in Colorado Springs to start up a game during the week nights. Anyone interested?

If you can't find someone local, you might want to look into an online game. There are several of us who game online here and that may be the better route to go if you are having trouble finding a local group.azcromntic wrote:I did a search of this board for "Colorado". I have a Tuesday night online C&C game that could use another player.

Re: Anyone for a game in Colorado Springs?
Very tempting however my goal is to step away from the computer and get out of the house. I find it hard to believe there are NO Castles & Crusades players in the Colorado Springs area. Not to mention that I'm OFFERING to CK the game.
I met one person who is willing to play it although they keep wanting to play D&D 5th. Their reasons are "C&C is a ten year old game and if someone would DM a D&D 5th 'home' game then I would not play C&C". With the lack of interested players (D&D 5th players are all over the place) I fear I dropped my money on the wrong game.
Please cast an encouraging spell on me!
I bought all I could (42 items) when the 50% sale was going on. I basically have every module, the PH, MAT, CM, and recently added the CK Guide. And crickets since then on actually getting to play it.

There are simply none that visit THIS forum. Of the 10 people I know who play it I'm the only one that posts or reads posts here...azcromntic wrote: I find it hard to believe there are NO Castles & Crusades players in the Colorado Springs area.

So true. Of the 2 groups I regularly play with, there are about 16 players/CKs. Only one other of my group has ever posted here, and that was a long time ago. Good luck Colorado Springs!Arduin wrote:There are simply none that visit THIS forum. Wuhl that stinks. So just to make sure, you're just talking about this forum, not that there are lack of players all over the nation right? I mean, I didn't waste my good money on a game that isn't played did I?
edit: also, what forum would contain more players?

No idea. This is the only game forum I visit. The VAST majority of RPG players don't post on RPG gaming forums. In my 20+ years of forum experience as a GM that's what I've noticed..azcromntic wrote:

There are websites for D&D/C&C meetups and/or peeps looking for face to face gamer. I remember checking them out some many years ago.
I'm sure they are still around, so you may have to google/poke around to find them and then you can post your info and hopefully find some gamers.
Best of luck,
Rhu.
