Okay what gives.... Barbarians cant wear Leather Lamellar?

A barbarian is listed as being able to wear any armor. However, they do lose a some abilities if they wear armor that weights 25 lbs or more. Now this is easily changed if you don't like it. Some "fixes" include:
1. ignoring the restriction
2. making a list of armors that are exempt
3. raising the weight allowance

So, while they can wear lamellar, they just can't use all of their class skills while doing it.
