St. Luther
St. Luther
Hello
Does anyone have information on St. Luther? I've seen him mentioned in Gods and Monsters and in the Lion in the ropes but that's it.
Thanks

Re: St. Luther
As in Martin Luther the Catholic reformer? Or some gaming Luther? The info on the former is nearly endless
Wow, Another Natural One! You guys are a sink hole for luck. Stay away from my dice.
Re: St. Luther
St Luther the lesser god ( mentioned in Lion in the ropes and Gods and monsters). I don't believe either Martin Luther's were mentioned in either books so I thought people would know what I meant.
Re: St. Luther
I think the question is to you then, where is St Luther the lesser God written up or better described?

Re: St. Luther
In Gods & Monsters it lists him as being part of the GODS OF AIHRDE. I don't have the latter book to check.ChaosImp wrote:Hello

Re: St. Luther
Unfortunately I don't have the Codex of Erde. I assume though he is a LG deity? Other than that I don't know his sphere of influence.

Re: St. Luther
Thank you that's what I was looking for. Now I'll be rolling up a Cleric of St. Luther this weekend.Rigon wrote:From the Codex of Airhde:

Re: St. Luther
St. Luther is quite the interesting personage . . .
A great paladin who was knighted and then later becomes a saint. So he has the Order of the Confessor Knights who follow him as well as paladins who are Defenders of the Holy Flame (a prestige class in the Codex).
And then there are druids who pay homage to him at the Paladin's Grove (they planted silver birch and elm trees).
And then as a saint, it makes sense that clerics would follow him as well.

Recall the Saint rules in I think the GH boxed set? Or was that in one of the Best of Dragons?Rhuvein wrote:St. Luther is quite the interesting personage . . .

Since its 20,000 I suggest "Captain Nemo" as his title. Beyond the obvious connection, he is one who sails on his own terms and ignores those he doesn't agree with...confident in his journey and goals.

Re: St. Luther
There is a saint class from Arduin.
I already posted its conversion.

Re: St. Luther
Don't quote me, but Luther was one of Todd Gray's (of TLG) characters. Luther Pendengrance, I think. Remember hearing about it back in the day, and I think he mentions him in an article in Crusader 27.
