Gary had a favorite Bible verse:

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works
and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." - Matthew 5:16

We lost Gary on March 4, 2008. It seems like so very long ago. Not a day goes by that I do not think of him. In many ways he was the reason for Troll Lord Games, the purpose. I take great pride in our accomplishments, and responsibility for our failings. But through it all, Gary and I remained friends.

I’m slowly trying to put together a history of Gary and TLG. His legacy here is an echo of that which he left us all. We don’t have much in the way of pictures. Gary, Davis and I were never big picture takers. But a few have come down and more I hope shall surface (if you have any we would much appreciate them). We do have volumes of emails exchanged between Gary and I, some dating back to 2001. We hope over time to compile and organize these.

Bear with us as we build this virtual memorial to him, so that his memory, his works and his place amongst us stands out and is not forgotten or laid aside.

“Never mind scholarly text and tomes!
Let's make up games about warfare, political intrigue, and national expansion. :) “
