Product Description:

The Castle Zagyg: Yggsburgh Town Expansion series explores each district of the Free Town in tremendous detail. Individually treated, each inter-connecting district is presented in its own book with accompanying maps. Loaded with adventure hooks, intrigue, thousands of non-player characters, and scores of encounter locations, the Yggsburgh Town Expansion Books present the greatest town in gaming history in all its glorious detail.

The EAST CORNER is an industrial and lower, lower class section of the Free Town of Yggsburgh. The residents of these parts, though quite poor, are influenced by the good works of the Common Temple, which is primarily dedicated to Thor, with notable shrines to Magni, Modi, and Iarnsafa.

The EAST CORNER is located at the northeast corner of town. It is comprised of several neighborhood blocks. Among these is the block known as "Common Gardens," which is the most affected by the proximity to the temple. The beneficial impact of the Temple, however, starts to diminish as one travels south through the "Chorus Block" and finally "The Tenements," where the Thieves Guild and Bully Boy gangs are most active.

Furthermore, there is a secret cult active in this sector of Yggsburgh; its nefarious actions are examined in adventure hooks scattered throughout the text. How pervasive this cult is--their various goals and agendas--should only be investigated by the most stalwart of adventurers to frequent the EAST CORNER of Yggsburgh.

About Castle Zagyg: Yggsburgh Town Expansions

South of the fabled Castle Zagyg lies the Free Town of Yggsburgh, a heavily fortified community of some 25,000 residents, with another 10,000 or so persons dwelling on the lands it claims as its own. The town is constructed on a rock bluff where the River Nemo is joined by the Urt River, an area that encompasses about one square mile. The town proper is comprised of 19 districts, fenced in by walls, towers, bastions, and gatehouses. Five more districts, "The Outs", comprise its suburban areas, most of which are east, across the Yggsburgh Canal. Together these 24 districts make up the ordered and prosperous Free Town of Yggsburgh.
