Trying to [pre-]order the 'Classic Monsters: The Manual'... It appears the Kickstarter project is (successfully) closed, and I don't see how to per-order on the TLG website as the link on http://www.trolllord.com/anvil/index.html#classicmonsters takes me to the Kickstarter page.
