1. Gurps (The game for math majors)
2. Anything by Pallidum games, which was a pity because Rifts had so much potential
3. Shadow Run (love the concept and I have not tried the 4th ed rules though)

I would love to see a huge tome of monsters, a lot of the classics from TSR many monster compendiums. I have always loved the Hound of Ill Omen and the werespider.
