Mithril & Adamantine in C&C
I recall reading about the properties of these materials in C&C but now I cannot find the reference. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Torch and Lantern burn durations
In AD&D or maybe the SRD it stars that torches burn for an hour and that a pint of oil will burn in a lantern for 6 hours. Is there a rule in C&C? If there is, I cannot find it.

Re: Holding an Action
I do not remember ever holding an action in 1e. I was young too. 5e rules are much more explicit in stating the trigger and what the held action must be, than the 3.5 rules. I have taken a two year break from C&C and was just trying to remember if there were any guidelines. I guess this answers my q...

I do it the same way, but I do not see the rules end where in the PHB. Is it not mentioned in C&C?

I am so sorry but that classes are just bad.
Why not offer a bunch of advantages that players can create classes out of the existing ones instead?

Re: Adventurers Backpack Editing: Adopt a Class
The thief class is just a rogue that can bypass the armor restrictions. You can create that by simply adding a new advantage for the rogue class: "deft armored hand".
I am not impressed with the harbinger. Can I just list that whole class as something to fix?

Warrior Priest. No need to pray or prepare spells. Just gets 1 cantrip less than the cleric per level. Does this mean the WP can just fire off any divine spell he has a slot for at will? Yes, I know, barring any heal spells. Does this need clarification or is it fire at will anything on the spell li...

Hey since we are talking about elemental spells....
I have read through them, but not used them in a game yet. Do they seem balanced? Wil they be over-powered? No power-creep?

Ok so in typical Troll style, the opening page to the Kickstarter reads "Monsters Treasure". Should it read "Monsters & Treasure"?

Re: YES! GLORIOUS MONSTERS! YESSS!
This is better than any Tome of Horrors.... This is official -- final -- giganto-list-o-book of monster from C&C written in C&C for C&C. Really cool. Will it include the treasure tables and magic or just the monsters? I would prefer to replace my M&T with this monster book. Need the treasure in the ...

Re: CR for Turning Undead
Ok yeah I saw it right after I posted this. It is the creature's HD that is equal to the CL. The CL then is added to 12 or 18, in this case it will always be 12. A lich has a CC of 30. Seems good.

CR for Turning Undead
It has been a while. Where is the rule about the CR for turning undead? As I remember, it is determined by HD. Is it 10 + HD = CR? Where is it in the rules?

M&T 5th Printing -- Editing Errors
I think it was the 5th printing, I got it in the 3 sisters KS. Anyway, on page 136 two of the tables are missing EXP and GP Values. The print and PDF I have, both have the omissions. Has this been fixed? Can I get a corrected PDF? At least I can print it and stick it in the book.

Re: Cleric Domains
Seems to me that once you start porting over things like domains and then schools of magic, then you feel the need to port other things for balance...why not just play THAT game? I do not mean that in some snarky way either. I am starting a C&C game soon and was thinking of using some 5e mechanics. ...

Re: Rune Mark -- Let's Discuss....
Any new fundamentally unique spell caster is different. Even the "anything can happen" illusionist throws many players and CKs into a tailspin. The Runes are more than abilities to the class, so I treat them like spells and modify as needed when too powerful. That said, work with your player to twe...

Rune Mark -- Let's Discuss....
I am preparing a campaign set in Aihrde. I love reading the setting material but it has never really hit the "oh, I gotta run that" spot for me. That has been discussed elsewhere. I am good just walking away, but I like the concept and want to save it if I can. Ok, so this class known as the Rune Ma...

Balanced Encouters
Wow, it has been two years since I CK'ed a C&C game. Refresh my memory, how do you balance out encounters? HD = level so would 4 1HD skeletons be a good challenge for a party of 4 adventurers of the 1st level? So in that case, is a single 10HD monster a challenge for 4 10th level characters or 4 10H...

The way I play magic armor is that the bonus works against undead touch attacks from incorporeal creatures. Expert work armor does not help in that area.

Re: Hex Crawls and Vision/Visability
Well....I cannot resist. I can tell you are a Wilderlands fan. For Hex Crawls, I like to set at random or by design, the hexes with real interest ahead of time. Then sprinkle a few in that have clues or lead to the ones with true interest. Then fewer still of those with just random stuff. Then I let...
