I thought the leather bound books were considered 2.5 after looking at the errata for both 2nd and 3rd, as well as comparing copyright dates and looking at the OGL section 15, this seems to be more the case. regardless, I'm pretty happy as i was able to grab them on the cheap in like new condition....
