Re: Help me decide
I know FG has a C&C ruleset, but does it let you modify the rules? For instance, can you add the classes from the Codices, or modify for house rules, etc? You can create your own classes, make them in a module and then they can available across multiple campaigns. Depending on your house rules,...

Re: New to C&C, I have some Magic Item and Monster questions
It's a "rules lite" set of rules - the GM is encouraged to develop his own rules rather than having them all writen down in a set of books.

Well, Erstdain starts around the vernal equinox, so that's April. Go on from there.

Re: Month names in Airhde
Erstdain is the start of spring, around the vernal equinox. There is no formal documentation for the orbital period of the moons (IIRC, Airdhe has two moons). And you'll notice the Feast is only a week long...

Re: Looking to get started (online)
The Fantasy Grounds ruleset for C&C comes with the PHB, M&T, and the "Rising Knight" module (A0). That is all you *need* to be able to play, as you can enter all info not already provided manually. However, if you need to do a lot of that and the module is already available, you ca...

Not hard and fast, but most class abilities use the class prime, so they nearly always get +6, +level, and whatever bonus the ability has.

It *is* crystal clear. There is no rule that says you do this, therefore you do not. It's a common house rule, however.Captain_K wrote:I've heard all class abilities are treated as PRIME for the PC.. could be a house rule, can't believe I cannot find base rule in PH that is crystal clear.

So, like many US television series. Every episode starts with a certain cast of characters, adds a few guest stars, something happens, and everyone ends up back where they started (maybe minus a guest star or two).

The -3 / -6 are penalties to the attack roll for using two hands. You normally add your BtH to attack rolls. So, yes, they are cumulative.

That is the link to the digital versions. Notice it says "Format: PDF" at the top?
The things that say "Print" and "Print & Digital" are links to the other versions.

While Renaissance style weaponry is shown in the equipment table (cannon, musket, and pistols), it's not used in the text. No society on Airhde uses it. It's there in case the CK wants to add it in (pirate adventures, anyone?)
