Does the +1 to hit trump any class-based unfamiliarity with the weapons, or does it add. In other words, would an Elvish Wizard with his +1 on Longbow, for instance, have a +1 to hit with the bow, or a -3 (-4 for no weapon familiarity +1 for Elf bonus)?
