Hello again and a huge lot of C&C stuff for sale

Hey everyone! A lot of you may remember me. I used to post here quite frequently a few years back, participate in the C&C society chats, etc. I have laid low for a long time because I'm not doing much gaming. The only gaming I do now is basic D&D with my stepson. That said, I haven't picked up my C&...

Re: Florida

I think Lord Dynel is down there. Maybe we should do a once-a-month "Central Florida Game Day" or some such. Thoughts? I'm definitely up for something like this. I'm in Lake Mary. I know quite a few old school gamers in the Orlando area. I know at least 16 people who play C&C or AD&D around here.

Are you familiar with the Suncoast Gamers group? I know a couple of those guys and they are in the Tampa Bay area. I've played AD&D and C&C with them before.

I don't think there are published email addresses for each post office, but you can find their phone numbers here:

Re: Selling my 3 LBBs from the 2nd print OD&D woodgrain set

I'm sorry to hear you are forced to sell these. I went to take Traveller's advice and go post on the Acaeum and I saw that you had already posted something. Thank you very much for that and also the kind words you included in your post. It's really nice to have friends (even cyber ones) help you ou...

Hitting a rough patch, and I need to get rid of these babies. I'll miss them dearly, but I need the cash:

I would use the cash to buy a couple extra copies of the PHB for your players to use during the game and a CK screen. Use the rest of the money to buy out of print FR source material.

I've got one in near mint shape. I'll trade you for something if you want. I'm looking for several of the AD&D 2nd edition complete handbooks that I don't have. Let me know!

I've got to agree with Traveller on this. It's a brand and image issue. The aggressive ads make the company look cheap. Perception is reality. You expect to see ads like that on a fan site run by amateurs.

We usually tell them their character doesn't exist anymore and they have to leave. Kind of like this:

The key with this forum is that the participants don't run their games like a Miller-Urey experiment, so canon doesn't pervade every conversation and you can actually exchange new ideas.

Everything sounds awesome so far! The only comment I have is that the eclectic races fit right in for the city state... considering you can encounter trolls just walking down the street in the middle of the day.
