3rd edition PHB missing pages

<t>I received my 3rd edition printing of the PHB on Friday and was skimming through it to see what has changed. The only thing I noticed was that the poison chart for the assassin was different. Then today I was looking for a spell while playing C&C and noticed my new book was missing some pages...

grappling bonuses for monsters

<t>When a PC grapples he/she gets to add his/her strength bonus to the d20 roll (+/- size modifier). If allowed the CK can also allow the PC to add their BtH bonus to the grapple check.<br/> <br/> 1. Called Shot

If you were to implement called shots in your game how would you do it? Would you give a different modifier to hit the leg, arm, head, neck, object being held, ect.? I'm just not sure how I want to handle called shots.

<t>At first I thought maybe you change the Wisdom CB for turning undead to 18, instead of 12, for turn resistance. I then looked in the description (and everywhere else for it) and couldn't find it. So if I didn't receive an official answer here I was just going to raise the turning CB from 12 to 18...

XP
