Troll Lord Games

The thing I don't like about the direction D&D is headed, is that it looks like they're taking the most complicated and difficult aspects of roleplaying games and miniatures games, then combining them together. Games need to be simpler, and have room for the players' imaginations.

I hope this works out for Paizo, I really like them as a business. Heck, if I ever decide to get back into roleplaying games, I just might pick up some of their Pathfinder stuff.

Sounds like you have a good thing going. If only all the churches were like that.

Some interesting ideas, but nothing interests me enough to pay much attention to 4e. The loss of alignments and spell schools is kinda disappointing to me, but I don't really care what they do anymore.

I've been thinking about getting into Palladium Fantasy RPG, can anyone say if it's worthwhile?

I would like to see them try to sever ties with WotC completely, but I don't really care what they do anymore. I don't buy or play RPG's nearly as much as I used to, so it doesn't really affect me either way.

The reason I wasn't able to make it is cause my brother came home from Korea (he's in the army). Hopefully I'll be good to go next week.

Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to make it tonight. I wish I could have given notice earlier. If someone wants to play my character this session, it's fine with me.

If Gistal had applied the Widen metamagic effect to his fireball (increasing the area), would Strahd have been dead?

SIEGE is definitely a solid and flexible system. However, I've always wondered something: does SIEGE actually stand for something, or is it just fun to capitalize it?

Things come off the wrong way all the time on message boards, since we are only communicating with words and cannot use tones or facial expressions. Glad this has been sorted out, and I also apologize if my response came off a little gruff.
