I thought the EV only counted at the "standard" number for when the weapon was in a scabbard or sheath or carrier of some sort and when it is wielded, the EV drops by 1 point.

C&C is more dangerous then D&D is.

Of course, if you wanted to, there is every reason to provide a save when that spell is cast on PCs, NPCs or Monsters.

Monsters & Treasures - Vampire Entry

In the Vampire Entry, it mentions Vampire Spawn and to (see below) for those statistics. Only, there aren't any statistcs for Vampire Spawn.

I haven't been able to locate any errata regarding the missing stats for Vampire Spawn as well.

I see a tie in initiative as a simultaneous action. This can cause times when a PC and an NPC/Monster may well strike eachother down at the same time.

You don't get a strength bonus to damage with bows. (Unless the CK makes a special type of bow available that requires a given strength to pull back.)
