I'd just use the rogue and add the language ability (modifying the XP cost per serleran's method). And maybe make Cha the required prime, instead of Dex.

IMO, comments that are loaded with religious or political baggage and that are inserted into a dialogue out-of-the-blue, for no purpose other than to ridicule are, indeed, mean-spirited and cause nothing but problems. It simply shouldn't have a place in this thread, IMO. Poor taste.

I use the Mac's ability to save as PDF. Anything you can print, you can save as a PDF (e.g. Word documents, web pages, et cetera).

I like the idea, but I'd add it to individual bards using the Judgment secondary skill, rather than adding it to the class a whole. Although if the idea of arbitrator-bards was widespread in your campaign world, it would make sense to add it to the archetype (i.e. class).
