All the better reason to go with Rising Knight! And Beacon at Enon Tor is a great one-shot you can throw in with it. I think the two work marvelously together.
<t>Perfect sense. <br/> <br/> I'd say, as written, it feels more like a 1E game nicely combined with Classic's flexibility, (if that makes sense). Other than the flipped AC and the BtH bonus I personally get very little 3E feel (rules heavy, tactical nightmares, superhumanly powered PC's) when I pla...

My disdain for dinky PC races having been said, the grossest PC race class combo I have found for C&C so far is a gnome monk. Icky. All that damage and speed in a tiny freakish half goblin package.

I do d10, PC's win all ties, and the PC's decide who goes first on their own ties. If this fails, DEX wins out. And if their DEX scores are the same, flip a coin.

Even with the price tag I'll probably pick it up.

<t>Apologies, here is the entry:<br/> <br/> +3 Sword of Wounding: In addition to normal damage, a wounding sword deals 1 point of Constitution damage to its victim from blood loss.<br/> <br/> That would make sense and be somewhat usefu. Good idea! <br/> <br/> I seem to recall a Wounding weapon in D&...
<t>I'm full of questions this morning, eh? Good thing for this forum and a very friendly and helpful community! <br/> Anyway, how does a +3 Sword of Wounding, or any similar attribute draining weapons I haven't yet read about, work on a monster (since they have no Constitution score)?<br/> <br/> Tha...
<t>That makes sense. I think my biggest problem I'm having with it all is that I've got 25 years of D&D behind me yelling in my ear that all characters can hear noise (listen), but the Thief just is better at it. The same holds true for C&C, it just takes some extra training (levels) first. ...
