Re: Android Character Sheet

We are right now running a C&C campaign with a party of 3-4. It seems that every aspect of a C&C character is covered with the current Character Sheet and Campaign features in PGM. Even recording Prime attributes are in there. Players have cleverly morphed the Feats and Skills tabs and lists...

Aergraith,

I hope you have liked PGM. Perhaps it can be made better for you. What other information are you missing for C&C characters?

level advancement rules.

I tried searching this topic twice but it only resulted in 2 timeouts and 2 white screen. I guess my computer doesn't work well with the forum search. Anyway, after reading both players handbook and ckg I would like to know your ideas on level advancement. For those of you who use xps, do you use an...

Re: Pocket Game Master released!

Just released v1.06

You can now change the tabs to whatever names you want. Go to the Campaign tab and make changes there. Make sure to save the campaign file and you are good to go. The last loaded campaign file is always loaded on startup.

Re: Pocket Game Master released!

Thanks for the suggestions. I will add the ability to change the names of the tabs in the next release. The tabs must stay because of their importance in many other roleplaying games. Every game has lists of some sort. Because of its versatility it is beneficial to many gamers

Re: Pocket Game Master released!

Just downloaded the demo to have a play with it on my Archos 70IT. Looks really good, nice and polished. Just a couple of quibbles though: On a tablet, the forced Portrait mode is a bit of a pain; what are the chances of a landscape version? Whilst I appreciate that the Demo is just that, a Demo; I...

Re: Pocket Game Master released!

Dead Horse, Yes, sorry I should have put that it is $2.99. There is a free demo to see if it is something you want. You can do many things with the demo none the less. As a side note, it's a funny world we live in. To me, $2.99 almost seems free. When I released this 12 years ago for the desktop and...

Spelling errors in Castle Keeper Guide

I seem to remember years ago a specific thread to post errors found in the published books. I searched with no luck so I guess I'll post it here. I just bought the Castle Keeper Guide. On page 11: "deviation form the norm". It should be "deviation from the norm". On page 44: &quo...

New android app for game masters

Years ago I created a program for game masters and players to use on their PDAs. A few months ago I decided to recreate it for the android OS. Pocket Game Master is mainly a program designed to allow the game master to create and store nearly all adventure information. Some features include: *Make, ...

Any sales going on right now?

I bought the 3rd printing of the Players handbook a years ago but never really got into C&C. Now my son wants to start playing roleplaying games and so I thought I'd give C&C a try again. I would hate to have to buy the Player's handbook again, but maybe I have to. I'd like to get the digita...

<t>Interesting topic. I don't know which XP system I like better. I believe they both have advantages. I don't entirely agree that a 17th level wizard is THAT superior to a 17th level monk. I remember fighting a 17th level wizard as a 17th level monk. First round I had initiative, did ~60 points od ...

Charisma, Intelligence and Wisdom, ooh my!

<t>It seems that every system's description of these 3 attributes overlap in different areas. They likewise have a little different idea of what each of these attributes cover. In C&C some of the same discription for Intelligence overlaps D&Ds description for wisdom. Some of D&D's despri...

<t>I know the oriental flavor is a big complaint of players (though many haven't actually played the class much). However, I have to say I love this aspect of the class. How different will the monk be for 4th ed?

<t>I noticed that TLG is making changes to the monk.<br/> <br/> I agree that the monk needs some tweaking (needs strengthening in a few areas), but is the feel of the monk going to be different? I hope not. What exactly is meant by "Also we are touching up the Monk class, changing the presented mate...

I was confused because your example seemed to describe a death attack (dude waits 3 round, shop owner fails DA save, etc) while it looked like the shop owner knew the assassin was there. I must have read that wrong.
