Unfortunately I have never actually played a Post-Apocalyptic based RPG before. Unless you count Fallout. @_@

I just think it is a great system begging for alteration. C&C has that sort of rules free atmosphere about it.
In some areas my house ruling will make the game simpler while more complex in others.

I read the demo pdf for the BASH game, it sounds rather charming. I don't think I've ever described an RPG system like that before.
