Re: 1e Covers Revealed
Did Wotc say what percentage of our cost goes to the Gygax memorial fund? Seems a bit expensive for books with interior all black & white. Wouldn't want to drop the cash and find Wotc only donated a single digit percentage to the fund. Especially since I already own the original books. Awfully ...

Re: Kindle Versions Are Great!
For those that have used the Kindle version, how easy is it to navigate through? For example, when you want to just reference a particular subject, how quickly can you jump to that page? I'm just beginning to learn to use mine, so I haven't figured this out yet. It depends if the author or publishe...

The next reader I'm going to buy is one with a color eInk display. As long as file support is there. I'm having great success with my Nook tablet. I subscribe to a couple of magazines and they display very well on it. I'm also reading an edition of Edgar Rice Burroughs' first Barsoom trilogy contai...

Re: Kindle Versions Are Great!
I'm a Nook man myself. Hey Yo, what you think, is the Nook vs. Kindle simply like a PC vs. Mac thing or do you think it is more along the lines of Beta vs. VHS? The only real differences I can see are: - that the Nook Tablet can take memory expansion, and none of the Kindles can. - the Nook Tablet ...

During the first ten hours, one loses only Sanity Points, at the rate 2 ponts the first hour, then squared every 90 minutes thereafter. At the end of ten hours, you lose the will to live, an dthus all hit points at once.Volomyre wrote:How many HP is that?

You can last 10 HOURS without something fannish. Whether that's RPGs, comics, Old Time Radio, fantasy, or sf -- it's a well-documented fact that no fan can live longer than TEN HOURS without one of these. While you may be able to last ten hours without fandom, you will start to feel the effects of d...

What is the best way to serve up dragon oysters!! First you serve the dragon oysters a salad. Then you follow with an appetizer. Then the main course, and end (of course) with dessert. Does this mean that you can add a unique place, item and a NPC? (Pretty much saying it is your choice if you wish to either add a NPC, but you don't have to if you don't want.) Well, from my experience translating trollspeak, it sounds as though you can have either or both. So you can do both if yo...
