I think the book is a gem for coming up with new monsters. After a while I start to get tired of the same old skeletons.

The Dungeon Under the Mountain

<r>I have undertaken the monumental task of creating room descriptions for the massive Dungeon Under the Mountain, Level One by 0one Games, using Castles & Crusades. You can download the first five pages (encompassing the introductory material and the first eleven rooms) and the room key for the...

Are there a lot of 3 HD fiends out there? You'd almost be better off just hitting an abyssmal maw with a big mace than turning it.

Dungeon Ecology, or Orc Poop

<r>I'm thinking of taking 0one's "Dungeon Under the Mountain" and outfit the rooms. For those who don't know, the DUtM is nothing more than huge maps (eight letter-sized pages per map) without any room details at all.<br/> <br/> I run a pretty crawl-heavy campaign, but I'm always wrestling with the ...

paizo has done a set of critical hit cards. When you do a critical hit, draw the card, look for the right type of damage, and that's the effect.
