I saw B&G a few months ago and I also loved it. The costume, the scenery and Gerard Butler made the movie for me.. That's why when I first saw the preview for 300, I almost "XXX" in my pants.

Touch Attack is described on page 117, on the right on top of SITUATIONAL MODIFIERS, right after Grappling, Pummeling and Overbearing description.

It's the same as 3ed. 10 + DEX Mod + MISC Mod (items, spells,etc)
