Re: Victorious - The Clockwork Crimes

There was a re-release of the QS as the first release had the wrong versions of Monitor and American Eagle. That was my fault, as I inadvertently sent the wrong versions to TLG. That's what I get for not reviewing the file first! :P

Re: Yellow mold XP = Nil

That's correct, I did the write-ups for Yellow Mold, Banshee, and Giant Tick. I never got credited though. ;)

IMO, the encounter of Yellow Mold is similar to a trap or save or die poison; which don't give a set XP AFAIK. That's what the CK is for!

Victorious - The Clockwork Crimes

Hey all, Just an update to let everyone know what the current status of Victorious is. The rules are complete, Phantasmagoria is 90% done, and Hunter & Hunter catalog is half done. Both Manifest Destiny and Rule Britannia are also about a third done, with expanded exploration rules to face eithe...

The Mob Rules!

For those interested, there is a set of rules for dealing with mobs and riots on the Victorious Facebook age:

Update on Victorious MS

Just to let everyone know, I'm polishing up the manuscript for Victorious. I've added in a list of supernatural monsters as well as normal animals for ease of access. These are things like the mummy, vampire, werewolf, sewer crabs, Jersey Devil, etc. You can still use your C&C monsters too if yo...

When my wife Liz got home from work I mentioned this thread and the video to her. Her reply was to point out that in real life most things aren't consistent. Fall out of a plane two miles up with no parachute? Auto-kill? But there are records of one woman who did just that and fully recovered. Ships...

There's one thing the guy brought up that frankly baffles me. He notes that the problem with making 'rulings' (house rules) is that you as DM could make a ruling one way, then forget to rite it down, then make a ruling another way later on out of forgetfulness. My reply: 1. Whenever the above has ha...

Hm. Sort of a general barbarian-style class. That would be interesting. Perhaps a "Frontiersman" or something similar, which could cover a Zulu warrior, an Apache scout, or a Polynesian Maori.

Well, a while back when I started chasing all the 'grim' rabbits you mentioned adding a burglar type class. That or some other flavor of a rogue would fit somewhere in the setting, grim or otherwise. Shadows of the Halfling Hall is a good one. I suppose I'll have to start playing Victorious if I want more Mike Stewart adventures. I like Ruins of Ramat a lot as a C&C intro for CKs and players. Well, I have no idea about its status (or the company's) but I sold a module (For Love of Evil) to ...
