<t>That didn't take long to blow up on me. My late arrival is going to be later then I had hoped based on recent news. I don't expect to be back at my house till after 10pm EST. I'll sign on and look for you guys when I'm back, but obviously don't wait for me to arrive to kick things off.<br/> <br/>...
LordSeurek wrote: FYI to all. I may have to cancel the game til next week. Flu season is amongst us here in Labrador, and I am not feeling very well. Assume there will be a game. I'll post a few hours before game time if I need to cancel for the night. Cheers, L.S. Rob, Hope you feel better soon. I...

LordSeurek wrote: Matt, have you decided what you want to play since our last chat/pm ???? As expected, my progress on the character came to a screeching halt. LordSeurek wrote: Hmmm, I do have that handbook Matt, the possibilities of wild magics is endless!!! LOL L.S. Yep. As I mentioned, I always found that class to be fascinating. Bring on the wild surges! As a side note, the elementalist mages from that book are pretty interesting as well. I believe I...
As of right now, I'm leaning towards playing a Monk/Druid. That'll provide some divine support, but certainly not as much as a Cleric could contribute.
<t>Rob,<br/> <br/> I was familiarizing myself with your house rules. When you talk about multiple attacks, you have the following listed as an example:<br/> <br/> (EX: Level 9 Monk gets to attack twice in round 1, twice in round 2, and once in round 3. Process repeats.) <br/> <br/> Seems to me that ...
I'll be terribly disappointed if I'm unable to make this session. I'd definitely support any upfront scheduling. I have a difficult time making these sessions when they're announced the day of.
<t>Yeah, that's what I was guessing on the CLs. Thanks for the feedback, you definitely cleared up my confusion on the magic items.<br/> <br/> One more came to mind.<br/> <br/> 3) "Wand of Lightning"?. Am I safe to assume this just casts lightning bolts per 1 charge, or was the 1st edition descripti...

Yup, I agree it was a slower read as compared to Dwarven Depths. It's heavily focused on Kit and the dragon highlords. I will say...
<t>All,<br/> <br/> So next weekend I'll be running Tomb of Horrors for a group of friends. The recent passing of Gary has reignited the fire in each of us to gather and celebrate this great social game he created. This will likely be a one shot gathering for most of the players, so my emphasis will ...
Thanks Marty! I've never actually played through Keep, although I have read it as a possible adventure to DM. It was definitely a fun night despite the limited time and heavy hearts.

Not that I am in favor of 4E, but the reaction to the Ranger quasi teleportation ability seems a tad over the top. From what I could decipher, it's purely a combat movement maneuver of "5 squares". Sounds more like Dimension Door to me.
