<t>I will also acknowledge Heroes Unlimited, but I would politely disagree with CharlieRock's comment "If you like anything Palladium does" and include Rifts in the mix. I enjoy Palladium Fantasy and Heroes Unlimited and have read a few TMNT books, but Rifts is a giant, clunky, dishevelled monstrosi...

For classless I run Iron Gauntlets from Precis Intermedia (was Politically Incorrect) Games. Fun, easy, classless. The core book, companion and a few .pdfs have given me an awesome game syste,. The Atomik Grimoire add-on is a superb magic system.

Or, you might be right about that whole takes forever to roll up a charatcer thing too.

That would be option the first, I believe. Even Warhammer has softened around the edges.

<t>I will say that the ENWorld threads are very amusing, the widespread panic is unbelievable. And there is someone who just started posting there named F4NBOY who is like the Herald of the New Age of Glory in which 4E can do no wrong. Mildly amusing are the postings of a sycophant who acts like a W...

4E will only encourage me to run more C&C. I am not even interested in the new edition of D&D, it seems poorly handled and too soon.

I have enough 1E art and art from other resources to keep me going with C&C.

If you are missing any part of it, let me know, I have the boxed set sitting untouched in the garage, packed away for about twenty years. I think I bought the P&P boxed set for $5 when a local bookstore closed.

While science fiction, the flavor text in Rifts:Mystic Russia is a great read, introduces several ideas for specialist mages and an interesting list of relative spells. Many people hack on Rifts and while the mechanics are not the best the flavor text is often useful to mine for ideas.
