None of my players ever take anything besides human. Even at level 1. And these are people who normally like to try out all kinds of elves and dwarves, and who normally place a high value on being able to see in the dark.

That's how major the prime is.

For me, it totally depends.

If you allow half-orc characters in the games you run then orcs look like cro-magnons.

If you disallow half-orc characters in the games you run then orcs look like piggies.

The Sci-Fi Channel miniseries of Dune. This is clear evidence that copying more words directly from the book does not make the adaptation better.

Mainly, it's the fact that you're using the Condensed Rules, which do not contain the Assassin, Illusionist or Bard, all of which are classes that I absolutely love in C&C.

Only three people showed up for the first session. Fortunately, they were the three experienced people who have been RPing for a while. The other players will be slowly trickling in or getting replaced by people who will come.

Don would never have straight hair like that. I always pictured Don as having wild frizzy hard-metal hair.

If the percentages are in five-percent increments, isn't that rather similar to d20?

In the case of Paranoia, at least, game mechanics don't matter that much. I've played extremely fun games of Paranoia without knowing a single rule and the other players were in similar situations.
