Ah, so you're on the complete opposite corner from me.
Hmm, the KQ print subscriptions seem rather expensive. I suppose I should try out the PDFs, though.

<t>Well, we went to see Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix tonight, and I must say it did not disappoint. Their new director and screenwriter both did a superb job, and I was surprised at how well done the film was. Even though the fifth book is the largest of the series (870 pages), they man...

<t>So wait, the players actually play as gods? That would be interesting.<br/> <br/> I considered a godhood campaign awhile back, in which the characters would start off as demi-gods and would grow in divine power as they acquired followers. Though it never really got off the ground, unfortunately.<...

Kobold Quarterly

<t>Wolfgang Baur seems to be putting together his own little e-zine to help fill the void left by the deaths of Dragon and Dungeon magazines. In fact, the first issue is already out and can be purchased through Paizo.com.<br/> <br/> I know some of you probably avoid anything with 3.5 on, but I've al...

<t>I'm not sure if this has been done or mentioned, but you could release a PDF of M&T with the 2nd printing. It's been done by other companies before, and I'm sure it would make the price increase seem more acceptable to customers. I don't know if that would end up being too costly on your end,...

Yeah, the first one was pretty much spot on. The second and third were pretty good, but the fourth was just changed too much. Still a decent movie, though. I'm curious what they're gonna do with it. I didn't enjoy the fourth movie as much because of its large departure from the book, I hope they don't do the same thing with the fifth one.

I'm new to C&C, but I'm thinking about running a LotR-style game. What you guys have created so far looks very cool, nice work.

Is C&C Medieval Fantasy?

Or does it espouse the same "culture neutral" crap of 3.x D&D? I'm curious about the game, and the ability to use all my D&D books with it sounds promising. However, if it has the same spiky-hair buckle-outfit trend of 3.x, I think I may pass.
