Since the Thread for this one has been removed from the Upcoming products forum, can I hazard a guess, that it will not be published in the near future?

A simple "We won't publish it any more", would have sufficed. Sigh.

What about international shipping?

I am doing the same with my Freeport campaign, just telling my players, when new level has been reached. They are at 6th level now and after a little sidetrek adventure pulled from Dungeon magazine I will continue with 'Vengeance in Freeport'.

When is the next entry going to be published?

Are these adventures completed and only lingering in editing limbo, or do they still have to be hammered into form or is Troll Lord doing another Bergheim...? I don't know, but I want to...
