i would just allow elven mages to wear armor and cast spells. maybe allow half-elfs to wear up to light armor (maybe AC of +4 or less.)

You need a digital initiative. Take the C&C Society virtual, with membership benefits (discounts on products), special offers (access to web features such as downloadable maps and the like), and group participation events like an e-con.

We prefer the word thief because it applies only to those who commit crimes. The word rogue applies to anyone not catering to societal or cultural demands, like a "rogue scientist" or a "rogue ninja." One is a noun, the other an adjective.
