I like Horror roleplaying games and even though I haven't actually played it yet, the Unknown Armies game simply oozes atmosphere.

It is one of the best roleplaying books I have read. The fiction in is just downright creepy at times.

Confused about some entries in weapon chart

I am sitting here reading the Equipment chart on page 41 (PHB 3rd edition) and only the Mace, large has the superscript 7 (double damage while on a charging mount).

Shouldn't the 2 lances also have this ability and what does the ** next to the damage in both lances entries mean?

A big problem with the group I was DMing was that they would not run from any encounter ever, but still get upset if they died or came close to death.

Ok so the party was a little unbalanced due to the lack of a cleric, but still.
