I was thinking about making a new equipment list and was wondering if you had any ideas about what to add to a medieval equipment list.

Always be willing to scrap all your hard earned work and plans for the sake of the players. Especially for excellent ideas or natural 20 rolls.

Much too often they will feel railroaded if they feel they are not in the driver's seat.

Been there done that.
