4th Crusade in .pdf?
O Great Troll, by whatever name thou art known! Will the books of the 4th crusade be offered to us in .pdf? Any estimates when? Unfortunately, I'm not high enough level to cast "Bind Troll" to do my bidding.

Enchant Weapon
<t>I'm thinking about adding a spell for the TEMPORARY enchantment of a weapon. My first thought is to make it a 1st-level spell granting a +1 to a specific weapon for 1 round/caster level. The reverse of the spell would be Curse Weapon, imparting to the unlucky bit of wood or steel a temporary pena...

<t>I'm thinking now of setting the CL to twice the spell level. This way, the difficulty of the spellcaster's highest-level spells more or less scales with his character level. On the other hand, as he progresses through the XP charts, he'll acquire staves, magic robes, amulets, and other such prize...

<t>Brief intro: I'm in a 4e game right now, hope to be able to run a C&C game sometime after the 4e campaign finishes. Some of the new players in the group are put off by the welter of rules in 4e. I don't plan to propose a C&C game until after the new PHB and CKG come out, however.<br/> <br...

<t>This is a welcome alteration to the game. I never considered the Illusionist broken, just somewhat undifferentiated. Any world-builder worth his salt is going to make ample changes and additions to the magic system. How magic works is a large part of defining a fantasy milieu. But having a revise...

<t>I rather like the Barbarian as written. I would opt to give the class wilderness survival. Possibly some spell resistance while in berserk mode. Write in some sort of intimidation bonus. I'd also let a barbarian come out of a berserker rage if all hostiles are defeated and he/she makes a successf...

Wizard & Illusionist XP Charts
Wizards and Illusionists have identical XP progressions until the 11th level. Then the Illusionist requires only150K XP / lvl while the Wizard needs 250K. Why the difference? Are the Wizard's spells at level 12 and above more powerful than the Illusionist's?
