Did anyone catch this? I was at a funerl visitation and missed it. I tried DLing it from innertube but my connection doesn't run it right.

AD&D per se is as dead a system as Latin is a language, while the C&C game has much the same spirit and nearly the same mechanics. --Gary Gygax 8/16/06

I also missed it but I watched it off the CBS website. Try it.

I read a rundown and I hope they rerun it. It sounded interesting.

It was OK. I find the whole concept a little disturbing, but that's what keeps me watching.

In the last episode, it looks like the USA is retaliating against an as of yet unkown enemy.

I'm also interested in what Hawkins is up to and who he really works for. I think he's a US operative while some friends think he is part of a force that is going to begin an incursion on the US.

He did say to his wife at one point, that he wasn't going to be around too long so he has to teach his daughter all he can now. It seemed like he's planning on moving out soon and he's the only one with internet access in town. He's definately an interesting character.

I just hope this doesn't turn into another lost type show where you really discover nothing at the end of the season, just tons more qestions. Not that I don't like Lost, I do, but I want answers dammit!
BTW - Wasn't this show suppose to air a couple of years ago? At least one year ago I think. I seem to remember advertising for it and it never showed up.

I'm not sure about when it was supposed to air.

My fear is that they will blow the plot by the revalation of who attacked us or that Jericho will get invaded. Both would be good turning points but if not handled properly it could hurt the series.

I have heard complaints that the series is loosing itself in 'crisis of the week' stories but I think that will calm down.

BTW check teh Wikipedia page on the show there is some interesting stuff there.

Also wouldn't this make an interesting game?

my fear is that like several shows with ambition, like last year, they pull the plug on because they didn't get the millions every episode on advertising they want. I'm telling ya "Friends" and "Seinfeld" made TV spoiled with a capital S.

Remember Threshold and Surface last year? - both cliffhanger type shows and *poof* gone, no finish to 'em. Now the big three is doing it again, "Jericho", "Heroes", they already killed one after only 3 episodes "Smith" and it was a big plot builder too. I distrust with a capital D the big three, they have zero patience.

I've been away from TV for so long, aside from the occasional Survivor night with my kids who love it, so I was a little reluctant on returning to it, but I did. I ended up recording a bunch of new series that seemed to be interesting and were NOT reality TV (I've had enough of that!). I quickly got wrapped up in SMITH and then I was all pumped to watch the next episode, and instead I was shocked to see that they shelved it. What the heck?!? Now I'm into Jericho and Heroes, both equally fresh new TV and I'm loving it. I'll tell you... if the 'BIG 3' decide to cancel any of these shows, or LOST, then I'm giving up on TV all together. I hate getting into a TV show then all of a sudden there is no resolution when they drop it. Look at Firefly... what a waste. At least with Firefly they made a decent movie.

{sigh}

oh ... wait... it's Jericho night tonight... isn't it? Lost too! {smiles}

*sigh* It's also Game 4 of the World Series and I'll be supporting the Cards and recording Jericho. I'd watch it but there are such things as priorities
